Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

- Estimated Delivery Time: 2 to 4 business days
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Information
- We currently ship within the UK only.
- If you have not received your order within the estimated time, please allow an additional 1-2 business days in case of courier delays.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
- Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
